INSTRUCTIONAL OBJECTIVES
On completion of this module you must be able to:
1. List the reasons for the importance of keeping an updated pocket book.
2. Identify tile importance of the content of the pocket book as possible evidence in court.
3. Demonstrate and identify what items to enter in your pocket book that will satisfy the required prescription in detail.

The aim of this module is to ensure that the security officer knows what a pocket book is and why it must be used.

To provide permanent personal record on hours of duty and work performance.
For recording instructions, messages and incidents during course of duties.
To record details of lost and found property.
To record particulars of fires, accidents enquiries, suspicious persons and vehicles.
